About
Ji Khalsa
I spent two decades before advisory work in roles where the individual pieces only function when they're coordinated with each other. Different setting, mostly on the operations side of complex organizations, but the discipline was the same.
What I do now, at the household level, is that same discipline applied to retirement. The plan, the investments, the tax picture, and the estate arrangements need to be looking at each other, not sitting in separate corners of your life.
Some of the women I work with are managing that planning alongside a parent's care. That's a situation I understand from experience, not only from reading.
